Taxi Driver – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

FlyMe Recruitment is seeking responsible, customer-focused, and experienced Taxi Drivers to work with a reputable transportation company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Successful candidates will receive support during the onboarding process, including direct eVisa processing, accommodation, and other benefits as outlined by the employer.

Salary Structure

Commission-based earnings.
Expected monthly income ranges between AED 4,000 and AED 8,000, depending on performance and completed trips.

As a Taxi Driver, you will be expected to:

Safely transport passengers to their destinations.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Follow traffic laws and company operating procedures.
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the assigned vehicle.
Record trips and complete daily work reports where required.
Ensure passenger safety throughout every journey.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
Maximize earnings through professional and efficient service.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

Valid driving experience with a clean driving record.
Ability to communicate in basic English.
Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
Physically and medically fit to work.
Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai, UAE.
Valid passport or willingness to process one.
Previous taxi, ride-hailing, or commercial driving experience is an added advantage.
Ability to follow UAE traffic laws and company regulations.

First Three Months
Free accommodation provided by the company.

Salary paid during the first three months.
Accommodation and food support are provided without deductions during this period.
After Three Months
If the candidate has not yet obtained the required driving license, the company will continue providing accommodation and food support.
The cost of this support will be deducted from future salary payments after the three-month period, in accordance with the employer's terms and conditions.
